Whenever life gets crazy, stressful, and exhausting, don’t forget to breathe. Take a deep breathe, close your eyes, and picture a beautiful scene in nature. I try to picture a new scene every time. You can picture the mountains, fields, the woods, the ocean, or a stary sky. The one vision that seems to always relax me, is picturing myself in a hammock on the beach. So remember, when your day seems out of control, close your eyes and breathe.
